Machinery and equipment users, as well as our own maintenance experience have taught us that lubrication issues are a common problem during machinery operation time, ant that they arise in all the industry branches regardless the size of the company and the complexity of its operation processes. We provide training and consulting services that draws from our expertise gained during many years of operation in the area of lubrication engineering.

Our specialists in the field of lubrication, machine diagnostics, and oil analysis develop individual training programs tailored to the most individual needs.

Our training courses are aimed at professionals from lubricant management, chemical, operation, diagnostics, operability maintenance, manufacturing, and overhaul departments. We also invite people responsible for purchasing decisions, selection, replacement and maintenance of lubricants to take part in our trainings.

  • manage the supply of lubricants, their storing and managing;
  • manage the methods (way) of lubricating machines, refilling lubricants;

  • choose lubricants with optimum service-life and proper properties that guarantee correct and long-lasting operation of machinery and equipment;
  • improve systems of lubricants (including automatic systems);
  • determine the amount of lubricant required to refill and the interval between lubrication;
  • choose optimal suppliers of lubricants, materials and auxiliary equipment;
  • choose optimal technologies and providers of lubrication, overhaul, advisory, and laboratory services;
  • document the loss and the benefits arising from the use of machines as a result of all aspects of engineering lubrication;
  • rationalize the costs of lubrication and operating the machine park.
